Randy and Sarah catered our wedding a few weeks ago. I met Sarah through a work connection and had heard about Randy’s expertise. Then when I first got to try some of their creations at a work event I was instantly curious about what else he could do. My wife and I got the opportunity to work with them at another one of their events earlier in the year where they did a fantastic job, we were very impressed. When we sat down to talk about the menu for our wedding they were open, friendly, and punctual. Randy let us give him a picture of what we wanted and he blended that perfectly with his own style. He helped us create a menu that fit what we were looking for: vegetarian street tacos that might trick some people into thinking it was actual meat. We did not even think about having appetizers at cocktail hour and he had a great selection to impress our guests with, and they sure did. As the date approached, we got to sit down with them for a tasting that blew our minds! They welcomed any final suggestions we had and Sarah was spot on when planning for preparation, staffing, and timing. The event went off without a hitch except that we were early to start dinner. They handled the change in schedule with poise and dinner went perfectly. Randy and Sarah delivered a great meal that was exactly what we hoped it would be. From the fresh salsa to the beans and rice that felt truly authentic to the buffalo jackfruit tacos with just the right amount of blue cheese crumbles. We are forever grateful for the beautiful work they did for us.
